Avocado and tomato

I'm loving this combination. Mash up avocado and add in chopped tomato. Add some salt, pepper, lemon juice and paprika and spoon the mixture on some multi-grain toast for a great open faced sandwich!
. What are some of your quick and healthy snacks?
I also tried yoga this week after a shred class and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Great way to unwind.
