Avocado and tomato

I'm loving this combination. Mash up avocado and add in chopped tomato. Add some salt, pepper, lemon juice and paprika and spoon the mixture on some multi-grain toast for a great open faced sandwich! emoticon emoticon. What are some of your quick and healthy snacks?

I also tried yoga this week after a shred class and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Great way to unwind. emoticon

    Add some garlic & cilantro & you pretty much have my recipe for guacamole!
    It's great, sometimes I will also add some chopped up grilled chicken into the mix for a chicken salad for a nice & easy dinner, MMMMmmmMmmMm

    I love the combination of avocado and tomato, I often make a quick salad of cubes of avocado and halved grape tomatoes with a sprinkle of lemon juice, salt and pepper. I will try this for a morning meal!
