Well, I need to make my daily blog entry before I leave for my other job tonight. Silly as this seems, it really helps me to keep focused.
As far as food choices went today, I did pretty well. Stayed within my calorie count for the day. Not as well with exercise, but I am working on the motivation I need to keep it up. I know, I need to find something that I enjoy doing and it will not feel like "exercise". Well, one day at a time I guess.
Better day tomorrow.........
