Tomorrow's my "official" weigh in day but as of right now I'm only three pounds away from my next goal of 169! It'll definitely happen within the next 2-3 weeks. I'm really in no rush for it to come off, though of course it'd be nice if it would happen BEFORE my vacation (four weeks from tomorrow but who's counting?).
I think I'm approaching my weight loss sensibly. It's definitely slowed down quite a bit, but a lot of that is me not following through for a couple of days. But I'm okay with it. I'm not constantly shoving terrible food in my face, I get at least half an hour of exercise 6 days a week, and my job has me on my feet and moving around a lot. I think I'm in a really good place with all of this... for today at least. :P
ANYWHOO. Oh, yeah, does anyone know any good yoga DVDs? I'm doing The Firm's Power Yoga DVD. It's pretty old but I really like it, I'm just getting a little bored with it. Going to do my pilates DVD on Saturday, probably, but I would still like to keep up with the yoga.
