sure hope this turned out so you can read it. I just looked at the posted pic. You can't really read the information. Basically, the yellow on the bar graph is the vigorous levels of activity so far today - I got in 51minutes of vigorous activity. My goal was 15min. In total, I've already got in 1hour 35min of activity. I've kicked it hard today so far for fitness, and I'm only about half way done. I still have a 45min walk, 75min yoga class, then at the end of the day, a half hour walk with the dogs. I won't be pushing into my vigorous activity anymore, but I've already surpassed my vigorous goals for today. So it's all good.
