Yesterday I started my day (after getting my son to school) with the Qi Gong video. I wasn't able to do the whole thing. Needed to stop and sit to rest my back a couple of times but got right back up and continued with the video. It is 15 Minutes of quietness. Boy do I need that. I am learning that food cannot be a Coping mechanism for stress. I need to learn how to cope in a more healthy way.
Today when I did the video I was able to make it all the way through!
It is so relaxing, I may increase doing the video to two times a day. So for the rest of this week I am working on getting consistent with doing the video.
The next undertaking will be to reread the THE SPARK, to really seal the deal. I am striving to take things slowly.
