I'm feeling better, but still pretty tired and drained, from the lack of sleep two nights ago and the emotional turmoil from yesterday. I decided to just relax when I got home from work. I'm glad I did.
Daughter is feeling much better as well. She bounced off to school today and chatted my ear off when she got home. I'm glad she is feeling better.
I'm so tired and worn out. I've spent the evening in bed with Husband, just relaxing. He's on his laptop working and I'm watching a little TV and goofing off on Pinterest.
I'm hoping that tomorrow I will feel more energized so I can workout. I think I'll be fine tomorrow. I'm learning to listen to my body and rest when I need to, so I can push myself the rest of the time.
Here's today's run-down:
Breakfast: banana, green tea, skim milk.
Lunch: pork chop, steamed cauliflower & broccoli, salad (lettuce, tomato, cukes, ranch dressing), skim milk.
Dinner: leftover vegan stir-fry, sangria with wine & sugar-free cranberry-pomegranate sparkling water.
Snacks: carb-free pizza rollups, turkey slices, peanut butter, cheese, 100-calorie pack of dry-roasted almonds, two sips of root beer, pear.
