I have not had a good week. No motivation, yet really managed to get the exercise in. I do not see exercise as having anything to do with my weight, rather as essential to my health. It controls my diabetes and it is essential to maintaining the limited mobility I have. As a result, I always exercise even when I have no motivation. BUT!!! Eating correctly - that is a different story. I have not been eating my fruits and veg. I am finding that makes me feel heavy, and unclear.
So this is a new week and I am back on the fruit and vegetable train. I hope this will change my energy level and my outlook.
