Week 2 Weekend Challenge - Backup Plan

I don't believe in regrets and worrying about the past but that said, if I did overindulge one day, I would forget about it and just do better the next day. I also tend to do more exercise on the day that I might overindulge like tonight and Wednesday night but if it was an accidental overindulge event, I would just up my exercise the next day and eat lighter.

    You can never out exercise a bad diet. One of my favorite quotes. Frequently over indulging and trying to exercise to make up for it is okay when you are healthy, but look out if you have health issues that could get in the way! Something I am currently struggling with not being in my own place and being out of my normal routines.
