My stress levels are more than high. I can't concentrate on anything. I have a feeling I fail again. But now I took time to log in.

I need results, fast. If I am not going to see them, I will lose my patience again.

I found a Russian program for weight loss, quit radical, as it consists of several etaps, like clean your body, stabilise and then teach yourself to eat clean.

Sadly, I have to say, I know I have to say I can, but I don't trust myself..

11 days and I lost 1pound.. redicilous..

    Thank you for support. It is still going to be 1200-1500 kcal a day, just on fruits and veg, no bread, meat and dairy. I know that fasting diets does not work, I have experience with them since I was 13..

  Everything I have ever read says that cleanses do not work. Make sure you are tracking nutrition, fitness and water accurately. If you must, pull out a kitchen scale and measuring cups and spoons. Might help, couldn't hurt.

    Don't look at the scale, how do you feel? Do your clothes feel loose? Just remember, muscle burns fat so your scales may not move but don't be discouraged. Focus on the positive in your life. You are not alone. emoticon emoticon

  No gimmicks - stay the course. There are no long lasting fast results, you'll only hurt your body by doing them. Slow and steady. You can do it.
