So my determination was high after last week's loss although I know - along with everyone else here - that things don't always go to plan.
However, this morning I'm delighted to find another pound gone.
SO - I'm ploughing happily on -eating carefully and walking (or time on the stationary bike if the weather's bad) everyday. I'm planning to beef up the walking - longer and faster. I also do some strength most days.
The double bonus is that I feel energised and motivated - and above all happier.
