I never got around to setting goals for May so I'm just try to continue what I've been doing
- to just try to stay focused and on track.
not to good lately
- work on my garden
- work on a few projects around the house.
- go to @ least 1 class a wk @ the gym
or see the trainer
- walk every evening (or morning)
- track my food
got off track
its been a rough week all around but its okay a new week with new opportunity
