I crossed the finish line with a time of 3:25. I did all obstacles, and there were only 2 that I did not finish the entire way, but i still made the effort to do them. One, "The Hangover" was a set of monkey bars across a large pit of water. I made it about 1/4 of the way across before I lost my grip and fell. The second was the "Nail Biter" I made it 3/4 of the way across before I again lost my grip and had to bail. The most torturous of all the obstacles was "Mt Everest" - since this was held at a ski resort, they were able to make snow and ice. Sliding down the other side, I managed to tear the skin off of my leg. It is a mess.

My time last year was 3:45. The biggest time killer was having to wait in line at obstacles. I tired to shave as much time as I could by actually jogging a good deal, but it still wasn't enough to make my goal of 3 hours flat.
