I have consistently eaten below 1300 calories per day but I seem to be stuck at my current weight! I guess it is because I am exercising and am building muscle?
I hope that explains it. I'm not hungry all the time so long as I get enough carbs and protein per day. I'm stuck at 265! Wish me luck future me!
