Last night I had just gone to bed when I heard a thunk and a crash. I hurried into the living room thinking that something had happened to hubby. The cat was by the coffee table looking shocked and confused. Her cat tree is in front of the window because she likes to see what is going on outside. I guess the wanted to startle her and they succeeded. I saw the egg on the window then realized the storm window was broken, about a one foot diameter area of glass was gone. I called the police. I didn't think they could do much except make their presence known so no more vandalism would occur last night. The female police officer who came was very nice and there was another cruiser roaming around too. This morning we saw that there was egg on the side window in the living room. The sounds came so close together there must have been two vandals. They have been breaking into cars and egging cars and houses around Bath for over a couple of months. I sure hope they are soon caught.
Meanwhile did just over 11,000 steps again yesterday. My butt and hips are sore, so I guess I am building muscle. Hopefully not a big butt. LOL. I want to walk some distance with my walker today because it looks like it might be a nice day. But one way or another I will get all those steps in. It makes me feel physically and mentally fantastic. My eating is starting to be more in line too.
So that was my yesterday.

Wow, so sorry to hear! What a bunch of ------------! Thankfully they didn't get any further than the window but scary to say the least!! I hope they nab them. Are you in Bath, ME? A long time ago, my husband and I lived in Brunswick. If so it is a beautiful state.

Great job on walking, Peggy! Keep up the awesome job! So proud of you. I left the leaderboards until next week. On vacay until then.

Have a fabulous week and keep going strong!

Oh my! Glad there was no one IN the house! That's what I at first thought happened. Glad the fur baby and YOU weren't harmed! You just have to wonder what people like that are thinking, but then again the answer is simple . . . they're not!

HUGS Glad you're all right.

My mind gets into fantasies of vandalizing their bodies when I hear about things like this happening. I would save the police the trouble of arresting them. Truly!

So glad all you have broken is some glass and the meow/purr was ok.

Congrats on the steps.
