Sweating out the blues

The last few days have been tough and Iím not a cry baby. My husband tells me Iím strong. Who else would expect to be gardening after having dental surgery?
I donít think of myself like that, obviously, and I just push on, doing what needs to be done, and then go to the next thing without really thinking. Isn't that what everyone does??
I think I get this from my Dad, who worked so hard he didnít even notice a slight heart attack.
Today I was blue, sad, and glum. Instead of feeling sorry for myself, and overeating, I went to the gym and worked out with my trainer. He had me sweating and feeling better before I knew it! I hope the endorphins stay with me all day.

Rope slams up and down and side to side
Side Squats on Bosu with medicine ball
Squat Ė figure eights with kettlebell
Row with weighted bar
(2 sets of these)
Assisted Pull ups
Dumb bell rows
Squat and bounce medicine ball off wall and catch.
Start and finish with treadmill.
I am glad that I was able to get myself moving today. I definitely feel better now than I did earlier today.
