Campaign Healthy Life - Missions Update

Current Status - All systems are go - Exercising, eating right and in good frame of mind. Lose 2 Win team is on fire (small group of Sparkers really motivated).

Mission 1 was to lose 11 pounds in January and develop good habits - Accomplished.

Mission 2 was to lose 18 pounds by April. - Accomplished officially tomorrow weigh in. Over a month late but I did it. I was unable to exercise in Feb - mid April due to injury.

Mission 3 was to get in good frame of mind. I try to do some of mission three but not all of it. I did start a grateful thread on Lose2Win and 300 team.

So now here I am - Early May - I have lost 31`pounds and now on scale (Dr. scale only goes up to 350).

My next goal - 340 by June 15 (My Birthday). Keeping it simple!

    Congratulations on the weight loss. Your plan seems to be well thought out. I think keeping it simple is best.

    Congratulations Paul. You are the man! Setting goals and completing missions leads to success. Please share how you developed good habits. I need some help in that area - especially with the food. Wishing you continued success, and I am proud to be a member of Lose to Win team!
