going to break this plateau

went to water aerobics, then on to the elliptical, made my 6000 steps
eating at the low end of my calorie range - on track today
my next goal is to eat 10 fruits and vegetables in a day - read that it will detox your thyroid - can't do any harm

    I love fruits and vegetables, but found that I was eating way too many carbs with all I was snacking on, I just can not win for losing, or I should say, I just can not lose for eating emoticon
