I lost a bunch of weight last year due to Lupus, shingles and kidney disease. The odd thing is that I'm at a weight I finally love but to loose it that quickly and all the pain I was going thru during that time doesn't feel like much of an achievement. Its like I don't even know this body anymore. Now I want to re-focus my goals on powering up cause I'm so physically weak now. Hopefully I'll find tips on slow paced workouts to build some strength. Also I'm going to start planning my meals. After everything I went thru I can honestly say that we are truly what we eat. The cleaner, the better. But I've also learned how strength can come from pain. Still fighting!

    Good Luck to you!! One of my very good friends has Lupus, I feel for you. I hope you find a good balance that will help you gain your strength back quickly. Just start slow with some walking and light weights. emoticon
