Just read an article that states conscientiousness is the best determinant of success. It incorporates the qualities of being super organized, planning ahead and being responsible. People with this trait tend to work hard, control their impulses, do a thorough job and set and work toward goals.

Hope you have some.

Well, I'm okay with some and not so good on others. Consistency seems to be my bugaboo. emoticon

I'll have to admit I'm not "super organized". Adequately organized - enough to plan ahead and stick to the plan I suppose. Perhaps I'm not defining organized as the article meant. Food for thought.

I am in and out of the state of conscientiousness a lot depending on the overload of life and going into autopilot. What a great focus to work on! I am honing this one more often.

    Some of that, anyway. emoticon
But SB is right: define success first, then work towards it.
