Exercising despite obstacles!

Life just gets in the way sometimes! All of a sudden priorities shift and life gets complicated, after settling into an early morning exercise routine hubbie is scheduled to work until midnight! So, we missed a day or two or i went early and he went late morning.
Then two wakes ad funerals out of town and the emotional toll that drgs a person down.
But, life goes on too! A two year olds birthday party sure helps to make you life and enjoy family and friends!
I missed some workouts and my Spring into shape Bootcamp will take a little longer than anticipated to complete, i will still get it done!
The good news is my son who had one high blood pressure took it seriously and in two months drpped twenty three pounds!
oh to be young and able to drop weight that fast! He is eating healthier and exercising, how cool is that!
Lifestyle changes and trying to keep on trucking!
