Sometimes, the only way out of the situation is to go through it. That applies to weight-loss too. I am finally done with my big projects. So now it is time to focus on myself. I have cleaned up my room. It's nearly impossible to work out without space to do it.
I have a bunch of new DVDs. And today I am trying Kathy Smith's flex appeal.
This is the last week of spring for us. We expect to see the low 90s
by the end of next week.
My current diet plan is:
Number one: exercise
for 30 minutes five days a week before breakfast.
Number two: eat at least one serving of
vegetables with every meal
Number three: eat within my calorie
range of 1200 to 1300 cal per day five days a week
Number four: meditate
for at least 15 to 20 minutes every night before bed
Number five: journal every day
