Today I WILL eat what I planned and nothing more.
Today I WILL get at least 12,000 steps (and at least 4000 by noon)
Today I WILL do something unexpected for my husband
Today I WILL reflect and be grateful

I did much better with food but not where I want to be. I got over 13000 steps with 3000 by 1:00 PM. I did a couple chores that hubby normally takes care of. He didn't notice yet, but that's ok - I wasn't doing it for recognition. I didn't specifically take time to reflect and be grateful but I felt reflective and grateful all day. I can and will do better.
