Running the trails and hiking out in nature is a major part of my plan for living a healthy life and keeping my blood sugar low.
A smaller and also important part is staying away from the goodies that parents bring in on Teacher Appreciation Week.

Los senderos de correr y caminar en la naturaleza es una parte importante de mi plan para vivir una vida sana y mantener bajo el azúcar en la sangre.
Una pieza pequeña y también importante es mantenerse alejado de las golosinas que los padres vengan semana de apreciación de maestros.
