CWF - week of May 4 through 10

Tuesday, May 06, 2014

So here I sat, giggling at FOREVERDACE for not hitting "post" on her blog entry (AND admitting to it), when I realized I'd done the same thing. So! Here's what I tried to accomplish last week -

My anti-procrastination list for this week is:
Sunday, I will spend some one on one time with each member of my family. emoticon
Monday, I will clean the litter box emoticon
Tuesday, I will ensure that I have everything ready for running and yoga BEFORE I leave for my p.m. bus shift/run. emoticon
Wednesday, I will write my clinic email. emoticon
Thursday, I will pack up and put away my winter gear AND clean the litter box emoticon (incidentally, it's snowed three times since then)
Friday, I will put dinner into the crockpot between bus runs. emoticon
Saturday, I will take the recyclables to the bins. (Edited for necessity on Friday) emoticon

emoticon My measure for the week of April 27 through May 3

emoticon Weight - emoticon I'm back down to 122.5
emoticon 10 miles emoticon not one mile was ridden.

This week's measures stay the same. I'm going to work on maintaining my weight AND getting on the bike for 10 miles.
KCCC list:
Sunday, I WILL clean the litter box.
Monday, I WILL clean the downstairs bathroom.
Tuesday, I WILL ensure that I have everything ready for running and yoga BEFORE I leave for my p.m. bus shift/run.
Wednesday, I WILL write my clinic email.
Thursday, I WILL clean the litter box and return the refundable recyclables.
Friday, I WILL put dinner in the crock pot between runs.
Saturday, I WILL clean the upstairs bathroom.
