Well I made it through the weekend and felt horrible that I didn't track my food intake. But thanks to God I lost 3 pounds. I know it is just water weight as this point but I feel that He is motivating me by the 3 pound loss. It certainly worked. Yesterday I made sure I tracked everything and this morning I joined some support groups and added friends to my page.

With God all Things are Possible.

    Good start. I might also suggest you set a small goal each day. Such as take a small walk for 5 minutes tomorrow, or eat a piece of fruit rather than something sweet. Little goals will lead to big successes. Just challenge yourself in some small way each day and the scale will be your friend more than not! Congrats on journally your food. That helps me a lot!
