Today's plan is completely achievable.
I have a spin class at 9:10am. After that, I can take a bellyfit class if I'm up for it.
I have to work today for an hour 12-1. It's not a lot, but it's work.
After that, I have things to do at home.
Run the dogs.
Vacuum the carpets
Fold and put away clean clothing
Make supper for hubby and myself.
Tomorrow I'll be working through supper, so I'll want to plan ahead for that. It'll include a yoga class from 5:30 to 6:45. So I'll be snacking through the supper hour. I hate shifts like that, but it is what it is.
Anyhow, to focus on today. I've got a few things I need to do, but lots of time. So no problem. I can even fit in enough fitness today.
Now to focus on my nutrition for today.
