Are you using the food , fitness, and spark tracker here ? When you are stuck do you look here for exercise demos or ideas? Have you used the recipe guide ?
Yesterday we went to buy almost mature lettuce, kale and swiss chard plants for the garden. So my exercise routine was pushed back later . I almost didn't go it looked like rain. But what things look like and are, are often two different things. So now it was time for a late supper. Enter precooked 100 calorie grilled chicken breast, a pita some lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
I also had a smoothie banana , blueberries, blackberries , greek yogurt , almond milk and whey powder with vitamins, I was full . Then I did some research and sparktime on the computer, and watched some shows I taped on the dvr. After a nice shower.
Now it was eight and I was hungry again. Enter the bag of chips my son left on the counter. Yeah I had a couple but I also made a box of healthy weight, frozen vegetables. Seeing I walked for 31 minutes today and did my p90x3 eccentric upper exercises it was time to call it a day. Don't be afraid to use gadgets and gizmos to get where you want and need to be.
