1) lose an average of 1/2 pound a week for a total of 6 pounds gone by the end.
2) run a full mile without stopping in the final Fitness test as completed in the first week.
3) earn 90% of the available points in the nutrition challenge over the course of the 12 weeks.
4)Run/Walk after work on Wednesday's (weather permitting). Walk at lunch (or after work) at least 2 times a week.
5) Negative differential cumulative over each week of at least 1750 (necessary to lose half a pound a week).
6) Post CICO at least 5 days a week.
