BLC25 Goals

BLC 25 is taking off now for the next 12 weeks - 12 weeks of establishing and improving good habits.

10-12 glasses of water daily emoticon
5 gym classes a week emoticon
Daily Devotionals emoticon
Tracking Nutrition and Fitness emoticon
Eating fish 2-3 times a week emoticon
6+ freggies a day emoticon

And finally my Fitness test results. I am glad I did not do these all back-to-back in one day. I remember doing this in a previous round and I am learning from my mistakes
