Yesterday I completed the Fitness Test for BLC 25. Overall, I didn't do as terribly as I thought I might after almost a year "off" of exercising regularly. Here are the results:
Push ups (regular) 10
1 mile run 10:00 - ran the whole way!!
I know I need to work on arm AND core strength. My arms have always been a bit weak, but my core used to be MUCH better. I'm okay with the mile time, but I really want to see an improvement by the end of the 12 weeks. I couple of years ago I was running sub 10-minute miles for a half marathon, so I know I can do better than that.
