BLC25 week 1 fitness test

Part of our first weekend challenge was to take a fitness test. These are my results:

1 mile: 12.09 min. (this really impressed me, especially since I walked about a quarter of it. I apparently have a fast running time. I just don't have the stamina to maintain it

1 minute of push ups: 25 modified push-ups (this one aggravates me, because you would think after so many years of exercising, I would be able to do regular push-ups)

1 min. crunches: 38 crunches (this one I felt fine with)

3 min. step ups then take pulse: 120bpm? (I think. I had trouble counting my pulse, so I'm not sure this is accurate.)

    I know, what's with the upper arm strength? I think 25 is pretty good, though.
