I let myself slide over the last 6 months, so my primary goals for BLC25 are:
1. Get back to my goal weight of 135 which will require a loss of 15 pounds.
2. Re-establish a regular exercise routine.
3. Regain control over my eating habits.
4. Learn ways to work in my healthy habits when other things try to steal my time.
