Hate it !


Had heard it was hard - it is!!!!

I keep thinking I should be doing something!

OK working on my mental race.........there will be no beating up on myself - ositive thoughts only..... woo hoo this will be fun!
I will wear my marathon jacket with pride!!!!!


OK Now it's time to get excited about this marathon!

    Sorry I missed this blog when you first posted it. Yes, tapering can be mentally stressful. I have found that the more long races I do, the more I'm accepting the taper process. I try to get involved with my other hobbies to fill in the spaces missing from exercise. Good luck!!

    That's the taper. Physically easy, mentally tough. But it's worth it on race day.
