My Goals for the 12 weeks of BLC25:

I have returned to the Amber Amazon Warriors and the BLC for round 25. The Warriors have welcomed me back with open arms and I am very grateful. Thank you, Ladies, it is good to be home.

My goals for this round:
1. Exercise - 10,000+ steps and yoga every day, ST - 3 days/wk, hiking at least once a week.
2. Plan my meals each week and stick to my plan.
3. Between inches and pounds get into a size 12 jean by the end of this round.
4. Try to meditate every day.
5. Spring clean and de-clutter my house
