My Goals- Drink Water!!! Tons of it

1-lose 22lbs (I believe most of its water weight any way)
2-I want to walk virtual 5K for the whole challenge-good start
3-30 min of Strength training

Its ok to be selfish and look good to be healthy

200-New Dress & Shoes

199-Wake up and never go back again to hard of struggle, Keeping push yourself thru 26

    Great goals Melanie! I especially love the walking and ST goals ... because with due diligence, they will help you achieve your first! Great idea to set up the reward system too! I could do better with that!
