I currently seem to be able to have one good week followed by a bad week so it really does seem to be one step forward and two back which means my weight loss journey is kind of in limbo. I seem to follow my good week where I sabotage all the effort I put in. I really don't get it as I am doing this to be healthier not because I want to get into a size 8 (which will never happen).
I joined SW in 20th August 2013 weighing in at 13st 5.5lb - and I have lost 1.5 stone since then. If I take out the three months Jan-Mar 2014 where I did not follow the diet I suppose this does not look too bad. Unfortunately I don't see me reaching my goal weight for my year anniversary, so decided to push my goal date back to November (basically adding on the three months I took off of diet). I am hopeful this is doable.
On a more positive note I measured myself 3 weeks ago and today I did so again thinking it had been a month ago which is my aim to do it each month. Anyway Lisa get to the point - I have lost 1/2 inch off my bust 2 inches off my waist and just over a inch off my hips - so the extra exercise I have been doing is clearly paying off even if it isn't showing on the scales.
This week I am replicating my meal plans from the week where I lost 5.5lbs to see if I can get anywhere close to that again. Personally I think it was a fluke but we will see.
