BLC25 Smart Goals

My BLC25 Smart Goals:

1. Lose 15 lbs.
2. Lose 8 inches.
3. Minimum 45 minutes of exercise 6 days each week.
4. Track everything that enters my mouth.
5. Meditate 15 minutes each day.

My mantra for BLC25: Do not make excuses, just get it done!
