I just survived my last really difficult month in residency. As I finished my last 24h work shift, I looked forward to start working out again, and getting back on track for weight loss.
I maintained my weight for the most part this past month.... better than gaining. So, at least I can start by continuing to lose weight, not re-losing weight I gained back again :)
Yesterday was spend mostly sleeping after I got off work- my husband is out of town for the weekend, and I was exhausted. Today I begin the path to weight loss ...
But I already had a less than stellar start this AM- walked to the coffee house down the street, got a large (full fat) vanilla latte and cinnamon roll :(.... and to add to my bad decision making, I forgot to put on my sparktracker too... so it didn't even count my walk- blerg =p.
Oh well.... I WILL EXERCISE TODAY!!
