My BLC25 goals
1) Lose 20 pounds and reach onederland
2) ST 3x days a week
3) Cut out sodas and sweet tea
4) I will exercise at least 6 days a week.
I took the fitness test and it helped me to see the areas I need to improve.
Push ups is one area I need to work on. I'm going to start challenging myself with a push ups 3x a week.
