I haven't set monthly goals for a while, and it's time to get back on track. I'm keeping it simple and manageable. So, in May, I will:
1. Hit 1000 fitness minutes.
2. Swim 5000 yards. (I'm a really slow swimmer, so it will probably take me a month to reach this goal!)
3. Track my eating 22 days this month. I find meal tracking somewhat tedious, but I need to see the writing on the wall.
