Well I did push-ups on my knees and did 24 only went down about 6" but that will come!!
Crunches I did 26, I know my stomach will be killing me tomorrow, as well as my legs from the 3 Minute Step Test, of which I took 60 steps on a 12 inch step, my pulse count for the minute was 108.
I thought I was gonna die doing the step test LOL
have always hated push-ups, but I think I will do the 100 push up challenge again!
