Step-up - 3 minute, then heartrate for 1 minute: 65 "Excellent"

Some things I learned:
I was stronger than I thought I'd be on the push-ups.
I was weaker than I thought I'd be on the crunches. I usually support my head for crunches, and the 6" distance was farther up than I usually crunch. Definitely room for improvement!
Think I'm in pretty good shape on the cardio tests. I have been jogging on the treadmill, and find running on the track or street is actually much harder. Thinking I'll start trying to jog outside now that it is getting light earlier ... change things up and see if I can improve.
I liked doing the tests. Gives me a different kind of motivation as I think about creating a plan to build more strength & endurance.
