Staying On Track

Just finished breakfast which was a bowl of mixed fruits of sliced banana, sliced strawberries, and grapes with a cup of coffee. I made my boyfriend a fruit bowl as well abducted he liked it. I also fave him a toasted onion bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. I did a mile walk, 300 crunches, 2 minute plank, 100 squats, and 200 leg exercises so far. After I'm done sparking I'm going to do a 30 minute exercise session and then at some point do a 2 mile walk.
Tonight for dinner I'm making petite sirloin steaks marinated in chipotle pepper marinade packet, sauteed yellow onions, corn on the cob, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. I'm going to have the boyfriend grill up the steaks and corn since it's going to be nice out.
For lunch I'm making a protein shake with a banana, strawberries, blueberries, ocean spray diet fruit juice, and 2 scoops of EAS Lean 15 protein powder in vanilla cream flavor. Also going to have a side of sliced cucumbers that were left over from last nights salad dinner.
