And it's been a week I don't want to repeat.
Our new door will be ordered tonight or tomorrow. Then we'll have to get it painted and installed before we go to Hawaii.
Otherwise today has been a quiet one. Just working one of my projects at work and listening to music on my iPod (yeah I know..iCrap..but it was FREE iCrap!
). I made a workout playlist on it..Katy Perry, Imagine Dragons, Hunger Game Catching Fire soundtrack, with a bit of Keisha on it. I don't use this playlist to do my workouts. I have another (with basically the same songs..just added some Pink and Kelly Clarkson) on my tablet that I use when I work out. But I do listen to it at my desk. I bought a clippy thing so I can clip it to my jean's pocket.
So I was lazy last night and I didn't do a workout at home. I read instead. Then today I added a bunch new freebie books (and some $0.99 ones) to my Kindle app on my tablet. Lots to read. I do need to update my Shelfari page. I have a lot to add!
So I'm doing OK eating today. I had a Bountiful Blueberry muffin with my Starbucks this morning (I do this every Friday), kind of my end of week treat. I have about 750 calories left for today. Dinner last night was home made roast beef hash (leftover roast beef, Ore Ida hashbrowns, and a bit of butter) with some cheese (on mine) and a fried egg. I did get the munchies later in the night and had some Skinny Cow chocolates. I'm drinking the last of my flavored water..then it's all plain water. My Dr agreed with me that the artificial sweeteners in the drinks could be causing my eating at night. We'll see what happens when I go just plain water all the time.
Dinner to night is...well..I don't know yet. I have lots of meat in the freezer (beef, pork, chicken. even some fish) so I have wide range to choose from...what I'd REALLY like to go out..but that's going to happen.
