I have been making healthier choices for a month and can I tell the difference!
I have more energy. I don't get the nagging afternoon slump and craving for coffee or soda for a pick me up.
My clothes are looser. I can breathe! I was going to have to get bigger clothes if I hadn't started making a change and now am having no problems zipping up. Know I have visions of fitting into my smaller clothes tucked away...
My skin and hair are healthier. I noticed on the way home today that my fingers aren't puffy.
I am not as achy as I was a month ago. My legs and knees were hurting every night. No longer an issue.
My May goal is to add strenghth training into my exercise program. I feel well enough to want to do that.
I am so thrilled with how much better I feel, I think I will give it another 30 days.
