Week 1 Fitness Test Results

I wasn't unhappy with my results but I know I can do better. I did push myself though. I try to follow the hundredpushups.com plan but always drop out by week 4.

pushups 25/1 min
crunches 43/1 min
1 mile walking: 16min
pulse after 3min stepups: 98

Room to improve!
