My mid-April goals were pretty simple
Track everything I eat, every day.
Exercise for 10 minutes every day.
Spend 10 minutes alone time every day.
Spend time playing with the kitties every day.
I will score myself at 70 for these goals. I probably scored an 85 for all the goals but the tracking food goal. I did better than the first part of April but not great.
Today I made up my mind to stay on track. I had a nice salad for lunch with tuna, brought my snacks and refused to go for ice cream with a coworker. She said you are so good and I said no, I just decided that today I would start over.
