Today is May first......

I am pleased with my progress so far this year.....

I am back to my goal weight, my May goal is to get down 2 pounds...

my new weight range is going to be 140-145.....so a long range goal id to loose 5 pounds this summer....

eat no or little processed foods...get plenty of exercise, at least a 5k daily...that' only 3.3 miles...my long range goal is to walk at least 5 miles a day or more...I know I can do it....

for each day I walk 5 + miles I will credit myself 2 dollars....that money will be used for new clothes in Sept....hoping to save enough for lots of new things...
