I saw this on FB and thought it was hilarious so I had to share :]
But May is here so now it's time to make a plan!! I lost a total of 3 lbs in April...
Only 2 more pounds to get to my 5 lb loss mark and 17 more pounds to get to my goal weight!!
We didn't get to close on our house yesterday so now we're just waiting. The fridge is empty and only has leftovers. I've been debating on how much I need to buy at the grocery because I don't want to over do it and then have a whole bunch of food left over to haul when we move.
Plan for May
Lose 1lb a week
Count Calories using SparkApp
Finish C25K by May 24 & Look for a 5k to participate in
ST & Abs - 3x a week
Eat 5 veggies/fruits a day - I've noticed I've been slacking with eating my fruits and veggies so I need to work on that
