Being pregnant is really no excuse. This week has been BAD. I got a bag of Easter jelly beans and I have been measuring them out with a 1/4th cup. A rather full 1/4th cup. Then I got supplies to make chocolate chip milkshakes. That is a big no no for me to bring chocolate chips into the house. My rule of thumb is buy what I need for a recipe and then they are POOF. Then lets add that I have been avoiding the scale. This morning I bit the bullet and got on the evil scale. Ugh the number was BAD. Should not be this bad this EARLY. I am highly good at gaining weight fast given my history. I probably have to do more than the average person to keep weight off. I know this. So going crazy and eating everything insight or going out and eating everything in site is BAD. Did I mention I got a medium blizzard yesterday on my way home from work when I was planning on making dinner 30 minutes later. No I forgot that one. So I got on the scale, got instantly depressed. Grabbed the rest of my chocolate chips and jelly beans, unwrapped them and poured them directly into the outdoor garbage can and then got in my car and went to the gym. I hate when ppl tell me, pregnancy is a 39 week excuse to eat what you have been wanting to eat for years. No it's really not please don't tell me that. My bad angel will listen to u.
Ok I have 1 more rant. On PACT theres a place on there where u take a pic of your fruit or veggie and ppl rate that you did indeed eat a fruit or veggie. I can not stand when ppl take a picture of orange juice and it shows on the container "100% juice" or green goddess. Really??? really??? DENY! Unless you are squeezing your own orange juice, it is not a serving of fruit. I love orange juice, I don't drink it much cuz it's loaded with calories and sugar. Bolthouse and Odawalla have as much sugar in them as several donuts. So no those are not servings of fruit. Pick up an apple!
